 Michelle McLean Building upon fifteen years of leadership in the mortgage lending and real estate industries, Michelle McLean applies ground level, managerial, and executive experiences to create a knowledgeable and specialized law practice built on understanding and advocacy. Michelle is dedicated to consumer law practice, representing those who have fallen prey to abusive and deceptive trade practices and litigating on behalf of her clients in predatory mortgage lending and foreclosure rescue scams. She also is experienced in consumer and small business bankruptcies including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13. Michelle's real estate law practice assists clients as they navigate property sale and purchase, adverse possession, easements, and riparian rights. She works as a private evaluator for the Kent County Friend of the Court, conducting evaluations and making recommendations on custody, parenting time, and child support. Her family law experience also includes divorce settlements and contested custody, grandparent visitation, and parenting time cases.
